Delivery and returns

Delivery

We deliver across Karachi. After you order we call to confirm the price, address and a delivery time.

Please check that each bag is sealed and undamaged before you pay. If it isn't, refuse that bag and we will replace it.

If something is wrong

If a bag arrives damaged or unsealed, or the rice is not as described, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the bag and the rice.

We will replace the bag or refund what you paid for it.

Change of mind

Because rice is food, we can only take back unopened, sealed bags in their original condition, within 48 hours of delivery.
